Zambia: Victoria Falls & Kafue - 7 Days

From Victoria Falls Airport you will be transferred to Taita Falcon Lodge. Perched high on the edge of the Batoka Gorge with breathtaking views, Taita Falcon Lodge offers a mix of peaceful serenity and adventure around Victoria Falls. The lodge is a great base for various additional activities such as Falls tours, Devil’s Pool, white water rafting, bungee jumping and helicopter flights. Other activities that can also be added nearby include sunset cruises, day trips to Chobe and visits to the Elephant Cafe.

You can use the Taita Falcon Lodge shuttle which departs at 8:30am for Livingstone town and returns at 15:00pm every day.

From Livingstone you will be transferred by road to Kafue National Park for a 4 nights on safari at either Nanzihla Plains Camp or Nanzihla Lake Camp (approx. drive time from Livingstone to Nanzihla Plains Camp is 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Found in the centre of western Zambia, Kafue National Park is the oldest and largest of Zambia’s national parks. It covers a massive 22,400 square kilometres. First established as a National Park in the 1950s, Kafue is one of the largest national parks in the whole of Africa. Thanks to its size and variety of habitat types Kafue holds a fantastic diversity of wildlife.

Whilst on safari in Kafue you will enjoy safari drives and bush walks in search of a range of wildlife including antelope species, lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, and wild dog.
